The idea that we couldn't have children hit pretty close to home. So when we finally got pregnant, we knew that we wanted to capture every moment of it. We saw Kailee's work and just had to book her.
Pregnancy was a beautiful experience and Kailee captured it just as I felt it; heartwarming and magical. We decided not to know the sex of our baby because we felt as though it was Gods present to us and a true surprise.
Our baby's birthday was the most beautiful day we've ever experienced. I was induced for medical purposes. I had intended for a birth as natural as possible, however our little one had other plans. After laboring for roughly 14 hours, it was time to push. I pushed for 45 minutes and there baby was. My husband got to announce the sex... WE HAVE A GIRL! we were overjoyed to say the least.
Becoming a mom has been the best, yet most challenging experience yet. I love my daughter unconditionally and we couldn't imagine life without her. Watching my husband be a dad is so enriching and makes me love him that much more.
We'd like to thank Kailee from the bottom of our hearts for capturing this truly blessed chapter in our lives. We couldn't have asked for a better way to remember this amazing journey. We look forward to having her photograph future lifetime events.
